"V" Day- Vacation Day: Summer Vacation Plans
Today we re-read the book, The Night Before Summer Vacation. We then learned what a summer bucket list is and filled one out. We also wrote about our summer vacation plans.

"Q" Day- Quiet Day
Today is quiet day. We tried our hardest to be quiet today... Our class just LOVES to talk!!! We read two books today, Quiet Wyatt and The Very Quiet Cricket.

"P" Day- Wear Purple & Popsicle Day
We read the book, Why are Animals Purple? and enjoyed a nice cold popsicle.
"O" Day- Orange Day
We read the book, Why are Animals Orange? We learned about many new animals that we have never heard of before.

"N" Day- Numbers Fun Day
Today is numbers fun day. We have been working on measurement in math and made lima bean rulers. Students worked together to count out lima beans and place them on a piece of packaging tape to form their bean ruler.
After making our bean rulers we measured objects in the classroom and counted how many lima beans long those objects were.
